Process flow — OptiPure S3

The OptiMaxx Biogas upgradation unit is a fully automated system equipped with multiple interlocks to ensure system protection and maintain consistent purity and recovery. The unit generates two gas streams: a product gas with a high methane concentration and an off-gas stream with high CO2 levels. The off-gas can either be utilized in CO2-liquefaction plants or vented. The product gas has a pressure of >11 Barg.

Dry Media Pre-Treatment
H₂S and VOC pre-treatment is handled by the purpose-configured OptiScrub 3-vessel dry media system. The design is compact, chemical-free and supports online media change without plant shutdown.
