OptiMill — Hammer Mill Engineered for Indian Biogas Reality
Organic waste arriving at biogas plants is never uniform. Variable moisture, fibrous content, mixed particle sizes, and embedded contaminants — plastics, textiles, metals — are the norm, not the exception. Conventional hammer mills, borrowed from adjacent industries, simply weren’t built for this.
OptiMill was designed for India. Designed for Biogas. Designed for Reliability.

OptiMill processes feedstock into finer, more digestible particles — increasing substrate surface area and accelerating microbial breakdown to deliver higher biogas yields. But size reduction is only part of the story.
What sets OptiMill apart is its integrated reject screw — a built-in final-stage segregation system that automatically separates non-biodegradable contaminants during milling itself. No competing technology in India offers this at the mill level. The result: cleaner feedstock, fewer digester interruptions, and a step-change in pre-processing efficiency.
OptiMill is also engineered for the operator — smoother feeding, stable throughput, and lower intervention frequency, even with the most inconsistent waste streams. Early commercial deployments confirm what our internal trials showed: better feedstock quality, fewer process upsets, and operations teams that aren’t fighting their equipment every shift.
