OptiMaxx is now one of GPS Renewables’ core business lines. Our mission is simple: supply reliable, affordable, and high-performance equipment for India’s biogas plants.

GPSR’s TEPC and JV businesses focus on Tier 1 customers—like RIL, EverEnviro, Maruti, IGRPL, BGBPL, and many more. OptiMaxx adds a new layer. We also serve Tier 2 and Tier 3 developers. These developers are price-sensitive. Many face the temptation of using older or redundant technologies. OptiMaxx gives them a better option: modern, cost-effective, proven equipment.

We organize our work into three verticals.

Carbon Capture Solutions (CCS):

We upgrade and purify biogas. Our portfolio includes HSS scrubbers, CO₂ removal systems, VPSA, and water scrubbing. GPS is India’s leader in membrane-based biogas upgradation. Today, our track record is 18,000+ hours of on-spec gas generation. We handle 10,000 Nm³/hour of raw biogas. By March 2026, this will scale to 40,000 Nm³/hour—making us one of the fastest growing and largest global providers.

Yield Enhancement Solutions (YES):

We help CBG plants get more from the same feedstock. Paddle agitators and hydrodynamic cavitators increase yield, cut energy use, and improve reliability.

Biomass Pretreatment Systems (BPS):

We make feedstock more digestible. Our FiberCrush Hammer Mills (launching Nov 2025) and Optizyme fungal consortia (in prototype) are designed for India’s unique feedstocks.

Spotlight: Varibull Paddle Agitator

Engineered by BiogasTechnik Sud GmbH, Germany, Varibull creates 3D mixing, eliminates dead zones, and achieves faster homo-genization. It runs with 30–40% less energy. By 2026, 15 of India’s largest CBG plants will deploy Varibull. GPSR will manufacture the agitators at our Bangalore factory & supply to Indian market.

Looking Ahead: FY26 Priorities

  • Strengthen OptiMaxx’s leadership in biogas equipment manufacturing
  • Drive adoption of Varibull Agitators and FiberCrush Hammer Mills
  • Commercialize new patents in upgrading and pretreatment
  • Integrate more OptiMaxx solutions with GPS engineering services
